SOCIAL SITUATION IN NICARAGUA
The social situation here is relatively calm. We can travel safely from one city to another and the flow of tourist coming down to Nicaragua is beginning to go up, as shown by the visits of cruise ships arriving at Atlantic ports of the country. The hospitality of the Nicaraguan people continues to be the same; we are glad to welcome people from abroad and try to do our best for them to feel at home, independent of the economic situation we are going through.
