Jose David is a 12 year old child born with many physical and mental challenges.  He was abandoned at birth by his mother and has been cared for and raised by his Aunt from the time he was a newborn.  Jose David is a very happy child. He always has a smile on his face. He radiates joy and light. Despite his challenges, he is quite independent and gets around his home and yard with the help of a makeshift walker made out of an old stroller frame.  Jose David loves cars and colors. Through the class he has been able to make many friends. When he isn’t able to attend all of the children ask for him. He understands very well and though not able to speak, communicates clearly through non-verbal cues.
