His name is Hermes Ramon Reyes Guido, a young Aquiculture engineer and
small entrepreneur who has been granted a micro loan credit by WCRF. He
began with the business of producing fish and now his business has gone a step forward not only offering fresh fish but producing and packing fish skewers.

He is a good example to the young people in our community because he shows us that when you have a dream there is always a way to make it come true through hard work and discipline.
